The Legal Tools to Help Caregivers workshop presents four legal tools that can be useful to caregivers: powers of attorney, protection mandates, assistance measures and temporary representation. Participants learn what these tools are for, in what circumstances they can use them, and the differences between them. The objective is to help caregivers make informed decisions.
