Note: Everyday Purchases is an introductory workshop on the legal aspects of your consumer habits.

  • Identify their rights in certain situations related to their consumer habits. 

  • Explain the basics of the price accuracy policy and legal warranty. 

  • Identify the steps to take to solve a problem that arises when making a purchase.
